29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: A). On 04/18/16, at the site of 69-14 Eliot Ave. Middle Village, NY Employees working at ground level where roofing work was being performed over head were exposed to struck-by hazards. Protective helmets were not provided to the employees working on the ground. ABATEMENT VERIFICATION IS REQUIRED PURSUANT TO 29 CFR 1903.19
