29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: a- Block 404.37, Lot 2, 2 Kendall Drive, Medford NJ: An employee, not wearing head protection, was exposed to struck by and other related injuries when working/observing truss placement/installation while standing/walking underneath of these activities.
