29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms or service rooms were not kept clean and orderly or in a sanitary condition: Throughout the yard and throughout buildings and passageways, the employer had items such as but not limited to trash, used tires, pallets, used containers, equipment and scrap parts/equipment haphazardly stored creating an unsanitary and unsafe condition which exposed employees to trips/falls and impalement hazards.
