Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employmnent and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees did not have any means of communication in the event of any emergency situations: Oxbow Road - Employees operating Husqvarna 265RX Forestry Brush Cutters did not have communications with the foreman or other workers while working alone in areas with restricted visibility and audibility. Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to correct this hazard is to issue two way radios to employees operating brush cutters in isolated areas.ed
