29 CFR 1910.119(d)(3)(ii): The employer did not document that equipment complies with recognized and generally accepted good engineering practices. (a) 304 South Water Street, New Oxford Pennsylvania - The employer did not ensure that a door between the blast freezer and the engine/ machinery room complied with recognized and generally accepted good engineering practices in that the door was not tightly sealed, on or about April 5, 2016. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
