29 CFR 1910.303(b)(1)(ii): Electrical equipment was not free from recognized hazards, based on the mechanical strength and durability, including, for parts designed to enclose and protect other equipment, the adequacy of the protection thus provided: On or about March 31, 2016 and in times prior thereto, screws were missing from the cover of 120/240 volt breaker panel C, located in the shop area, exposing fabricators to an electrical hazard.
