29 CFR 1910.23(c)(1): Open-sided floors and/or platforms four feet or more above adjacent floor or ground level were not guarded with standard railings (or equivalent): a) Mavis Tire Supply Corp. dba Mavis Discount Tires/Westfield, NJ- Back Room Area: Employer did not guard an open sided platform next to a conveyor, in order to prevent employees from falling approximately 9 ft to the ground below. Condition observed on or about March 30, 2016.
