29 CFR 1926.441(a)(6): Facilities for quick drenching of the eyes and body shall be provided within 25 feet (7.62 m) of battery handling areas: On or about March 10, 2016, at the above addressed jobsite, the employer did not provide an eye wash for employees exposed to corrosive chemicals, such as, but not limited to, sulfuric acid in the batteries of equipment being serviced at the jobsite.
