29 CFR 1926.21(b)(2): The employer did not instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his/her environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury: a) Southbound exit ramp of I-59/20 at exit 52 in rural Greene County, AL; on March 2, 2016 and times prior the employer failed to train employees of the danger of moving between moving, or potentially moving, vehicles during their work activities. An employee was crushed between a milling machine and a water truck.
