29 CFR 1910.22(b)(2): Permanent aisles and passageways were not appropriately marked: On or about February 25, 2016, employees were exposed to struck-by hazards when there were no permanent aisle markings to insure that there was adequate space for forklifts transporting materials to safely drive through the facility. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
