29 CFR 1910.95(b)(1): When employees were subjected to sound exceeding those listed in Table G-16, feasible administrative or engineering controls were not utilized: Employees were exposed to occupational noise when performing production and maintenance activities throughout the facility where employees were found to be exposed to levels of occupation noise above allowable limits, and feasible methods of reducing noise exposures had not been implemented.
