OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): Section 5(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to caught-by hazards: On or about October 12, 2015, at the work site at Hwy 70 and Hwy 83 near Perryton, Texas, employee(s) performing paving operations utilizing a pick-up machine were exposed to the hazard of being caught-by the conveyor paddle when the gates were tied back.
