29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems or personal fall arrest system: a) Jobsite - Employees engaged in the repair of a saw-tooth type roof were exposed to fall hazards of up to twenty-seven (27) feet due to a lack of personal fall arrest systems, guardrail systems, or safety net systems.
