29 CFR 1910.134(a)(2): A respirator was not provided by the employer to each employee when such equipment was necessary to protect the health of the employee: Haskell Waste Water Plant: The amount of Self Contained Breathing Apparatuses was not appropriate for the number of employees exposed to the hazard. This condition exposed employees to possible oxygen deficiency and inhalation of hydrocarbon gases and vapors hazards.
