29 CFR 1910.95(k)(1): The employer did not train each employee who is exposed to noise at or above an 8-hour time-weighted average of 85 decibels in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1910.95(k): (a) Location - 810 Main Street, Cambridge, MA, 5th Floor: On or about 1/6/2016, a temporary employee working in an area regulated under a hearing conservation program was not provided adequate training on the effects of occupational noise exposure, the purpose of hearing protectors including information on their selection, fitting, use, and care, and the purpose of audiometric testing.
