29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets. (a) Work site was located at 45 Waterview Blvd, Parsippany, NJ 07054. An employee was observed working in a trench at a depth of at least 8'6" without a hard hat on to protect him from overhead hazards and falling objects. Violation was observed on or about 1/19/2016.
