29 CFR 1910.1030(f)(3)(ii)(A): The post-exposure evaluation and follow-up of an exposure incident did not include testing the source individual's blood as soon as feasible in order to determine HBV and HIV infectivity: 12 Queen St (also known as 68 Jaques Ave): On or about 12/20/15, an employee was injured by a contaminated sharp while performing housekeeping duties such as, but not limited to, emptying trash receptacles, and the post-exposure evaluation and follow-up did not include testing the source blood. Specific abatement documentation that this violation has been corrected must be provided within 10 days of the abatement in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d)(1).
