29 CFR 1910.107(g)(3): The contents of approved metal waste cans were not properly disposed of at least once daily or at the end of each shift: a) Sign Source USA, Inc. - Lima, Ohio: On or about December 15, 2015, the employer failed to ensure that rags impregnated with flammable finishing materials were emptied from metal waste cans once daily or at the end of each shift. Sign Source USA, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection #110898, Citation 01, Item 1e and was affirmed as final order on April 25, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at 1700 S. Dixie Hwy, Lima, Ohio 45804.
