29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed: a) CVS Store 2578, 16 Weyman Avenue, New Rochelle, NY - Receiving/Stock Room: The exit door leading to the parking lot was blocked by containers with merchandise, boxes, a hand truck, a shopping cart, a U-boat cart and other materials; on or about 11/24/15 to 12/3/15. b) CVS Store 2578, 16 Weyman Avenue, New Rochelle, NY - Receiving/Stock Room: Boxes, crates and other materials were stored in aisles and obstructed exit routes leading to the exit door; on or about 11/24/15 to 12/3/15. First Repeat: Connecticut CVS, L.L.C. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 3140664881, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on February 28, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at 279 Boston Post Road, Orange, CT 06477.
