29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided information and training on hazardous chemicals or materials in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard was introduced into their work area: At the jobsite located at 3002 W Pawnee, Suite 104, Wichita, Kansas: Employees engaged in masking were exposed to health hazards in that the employer did not ensure information was provided and training conducted on hazardous chemicals, such as hexavalent chromium, in the work area.
