29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: a- 130 - 1rst Street, Lakewood NJ: An employee, not wearing struck by/head protection, was exposed to head injuries when working directly beneath an employee who was performing framing and other related activities using portable electric, pneumatic and hand tools. Condition observed on or about 11/23/15. NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
