Text For Citation: 01 Item/Group: 001 Hazard:
29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees exposed to silica had not been provided the required information and training on the hazards of working with silica and in the requirements of the Hazard Communication Standard. (a) Fasick Concrete, Inc. at 3800 Forest Street, Denver CO 80207: On or before November 13th, 2015, the exposing employer did not train employees regarding the hazards of silica. Employees dry-cut and jack hammer concrete during the removal and installing of curb and gutter. This condition exposed employees to silica hazards. Note: The requirements applicable to construction work under 29 CFR 1926.56 are identical to those set forth at 29 CFR 1910.1200 of this chapter.
