Combustible waste material and residues in a building or unit operating area shall be kept to a minimum, stored in covered metal receptacles and disposed of daily. a. On or about November 6, 2016, in the assembly area, employees and/or temporary employees were required to use rags with alcohol when assembling windows. The employer did not ensure that employees placed the rags, a combustible waste material, in covered metal receptacles.
