29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Employees shall be provided with eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations present potential eye or face injury. Location - 19 Marlboro Street, Newburyport, MA. On or about November 5, 2015, eye protection was not used when an employee was using a pneumatic nail gun on a residential roof at a height greater than 9 feet 9 inches to ground level and within 5 feet of roof edge.
