Diversified Coatings, Inc. dba Allegheny Coatings, 224 River Rd, Ridgway, Pa, 15853, Spray line #2, On or about October 15th, 2015, and times prior thereto: During work operations at Spray line #2, employees periodically worked with and around spray operations with Flammable liquids (Geomet 321). The booth was not protected by automatic sprinklers or suppression system.
