29 CFR 1910.95(b)(1): When employees were subjected to sound exceeding those listed in Table G-16, feasible administrative or engineering controls were not utilized. a) MTD Consumer Group Inc., 979 South Conwell Avenue Willard, OH: On or about October 14, 2015, the employer did not ensure the use of engineering controls for employees working on assembly lines, when employee exposure to noise was in excess of 90 decibels. Employee exposure to excessive noise resulted in permanent hearing loss.
