29 CFR 1910.24(h): Standard railings were not provided on the open side(s) of all exposed stairways and platforms. Stair railings were not installed in accordance with the provisions of Sec. 1910.23. On or about 10/13/2015 in the trailer repair shop at 6575 Marshall Blvd in Lithonia, GA: Employees were exposed to a fall hazard of up to about 9 feet to the lower level. The employer failed to install midrails on both ends of the stairways leading to the platform used by the employees to access the top of the trailers.
