29 CFR 1910.243(b)(2): Hose and hose connections used for conducting %% compressed air to utilize equipment was not designed for the pressure and service to which they were subjected: ASSEMBLY DEPARTMENT: A FOUR INCH WATER HOSE WAS USED FOR THE PURPOSE OF CONDUCTING COMPRESSED AIR FROM AN AIR RECEIVER TO A PIECE OF TEST EQUIPMENT. THE MANUFACTURER DID NOT INTEND FOR THE HOSE TO BE USED FOR COMPRESSED AIR APPLICATIONS.
