29 CFR 1926.28(a): Appropriate personal protective equipment was not worn by employee(s) in all operations where there was exposure to hazardous conditions: a) For employees working at 790 N. Del Prado Blvd located in Cape Coral as observed on or about 6 October, 2015. Employees were using a portable circular saw to cut plywood without the use of eye protection.
