29 CFR 1910.22(a)(2): Floor(s) of workroom(s) were not maintained in a clean and, so far as possible, a dry condition: (a) At the US Postal Service in Moorhead, Iowa, on or about September 29, 2015 and prior thereto, the employer did not ensure that the workplace was maintained in a clean condition and dry condition. The office vestibule at the rear of the building had water intrusion. This condition exposed workers to slip hazard.
