29 CFR 1910.23(c)(1): Open-sided floors and/or platforms four feet or more above adjacent floor or ground level were not guarded with standard railings: On the rig floor, employees engaged in cleanout operations were exposed to unprotected falls of greater than four feet. Basic Energy Services, L.P. was previously cited for violations of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.23(c)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 315277699 citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on November 21, 2011 , with respect to a workplace located at Cr 1212 Graham #2, Stanton, Texas. The employer was also previously cited for this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.23(c)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 313500241 citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on November 17, 2011 , with respect to a workplace located at Helen Crump-Well #b9 , Odessa, Texas.
