29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): On or about September 30, 2015, at Lot 42, 400 Devon Creek Court, Lawrenceville, Georgia: An employee performing framing work was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 10-feet when he worked from the top of a porch roof of a house without using fall protection. Galdino Garcia dba Galdino Garcia was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 315761411, citation number 1, item number 2a, and was affirmed as a final order on October 17, 2011, with respect to a workplace located at Lot 601, Costwold Court, Vestavia Hills, Alabama.
