29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s) a) On or about September 23, 2015, Rooftop Roofing, as a controlling employer, did not provide or maintain programs and conduct effective inspections of the job site to ensure that EP Construction (subcontractor) protected their employees from falls greater than 19 feet while performing re-roofing activities. Abatement Note: Abatement certification is required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet"). Rooftop Roofing was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1000902, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on November 24, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 3415 Marble Terrace, Castle Rock, Co 80906.
