29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. (a) Top & Bottom Roofing, LLC at 333 Wonderview, Estes Park, CO 80517; On and before September 25, 2015, the exposing employer failed to ensure that each employee working on a three story, steep pitched roof was protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems while installing lighting. Condition exposed employees to fall hazards of greater than 25 feet.
