29 CFR 1926.21(b)(2): The employer did not instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his/her environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury: a- Woolworth Building - 46 Route 9 Bayville NJ: Employees had not been trained in the recognition of hazards such as but not limited to: unplanned collapses, falling debris and other related activities. Condition observed on or about 09/24/15. b- Woolworth Building - 46 Route 9 Bayville NJ: Employees had not been trained in the recognition of hazards such as but not limited to: unplanned collapses, etc. when working next to and around unsupported/unbraced/formerly disturbed walls. Condition noted on or about 10/21/15. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
