29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, or warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system: a) 3000 Penns Valley Pike, Centre Hall, PA - Employees were observed performing roofing activity on a low slope roof outside the warning line with no monitoring system and without an alternative fall protection system in place , thereby exposing employees to a fall of 16 feet to the ground below, on or about September 25, 2015. No abatement certification or documentation required. Waggoner Construction Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard CFR 1926.501(b)(10), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 976542, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on May 8, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at West Elm Avenue and High Street, Hanover, PA 17331. Waggoner Construction Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard CFR 1926.501(b)(10), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 315559682, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on July 8, 2011, with respect to a workplace located at 340 Stoney Hill Road, Greensboro, PA 15338.
