29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: a- 2500 Gianna Drive, Glassboro NJ: Two employees, not supplied nor wearing struck by/head protection, were exposed to head injuries when working directly beneath a dormer's roof, underneath plywood, etc. when performing fascia, window and other installation activities. Condition observed on or about 09/12/15.
