29 CFR 1926.25(a): During the course of construction, alteration, or repairs, form or scrap lumber with protruding nails was not kept clear from work areas: (a) On or about November 16, 2011, the employer did not ensure the safety of employees in that lumber with protruding nails way lying on the ground in the area where employees accessed the ladder to reach a roof at a reroofing project at 1342 Mulberry Lane in Highlands Ranch, Colorado.
