29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure: Biolab, Inc., Conyers, GA - In the Bromine room, a flexible cord was used as a substitute for fixed wiring where the cord was plugged in an outlet on the ceiling and another extension cord connected to it to supply electricity to a scale and a packing/tape machine on line 3, on or about 9/9/15. Biolab, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 897504, citation number 3, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 9/11/13, with respect to a workplace located at 1700 Old Covington Hwy, Conyers, GA.
