29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: a)310 E. Park Ave in Haddonfield, NJ, 08033- front of home, ground level and second floor: Employees worked under other workers at elevated heights without the use of protective helmets to prevent injury from falling objects, observed on or about 9/4/15. NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
