29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents. (a) Building 8: Safety glasses were not worn by an employee using a 10 inch Makita circular saw to cut pieces of plywood to secure to a 3 foot by 5 foot section of the face of the apartment building, as observed on or about September 8, 2015 and times prior. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED FOR THIS ITEM.
