29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed: Tube sand filler, Anchor an Oldcastle Company, 204 Old Webster Road, Oxford, Massachusetts; The employer did not ensure the exit route from the operating stations on the tube sand filler machine was kept clear. The conveyor of the machine with adjustment bolts was approximately 6 inches from the wall blocking the egress for the operators.
