29 CFR 1910.178(q)(7): Industrial trucks were not examined before being placed in service: a) On or about 8/27/15 at a demolition project located at 1111 Allen Street, Jamestown, New York; employees were using a Hyster Pioneer 40 powered industrial truck to move materials and load trailers. The tires and the wheels were severely worn and damaged and should have been identified by proper examination prior to operation. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
