29 CFR 1910.178(l)(1)(i): The employer did not ensure that each powered industrial truck operator was competent to operate a powered industrial truck safely, as demonstrated by the successful completion of the training and evaluation specified in this paragraph (l) (Construction Reference 1926.602): a) 23 Goodhart Drive, Livingston, NJ and at the Corporate Offices at 91 Mitchell Street, West Orange, NJ. The operator of the Lull rough terrain forklift had not received the training and evaluation as required in the powered industrial truck regulation when moving 2" x 6" sill plate planks around the site. Violation observed on or about 09/02/2015.
