OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees: a) At the drying machine feed in the veneer mill: On August 31, 2015, and times prior thereto, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards, in that the Bishamon scissor lift-table modifications were performed without prior written approval by the manufacturer.
