29 CFR 1910.68(b)(8)(i): The entrances and exits at all floor landings affording access to the manlift were not guarded by a maze (staggered railing) or a handrail equipped with self-closing gates. This violation occurred on or about August 22, 2015, the floor landings for the manlift were inadequately guarded by a single railing exposing employees to the hazards of falls.
