29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1): Each platform on all working levels of scaffolds was not fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports as specified in paragraphs 1926.451(b)(1)(i)-(ii): (a) Front right corner of residence: An employee was conducting fascia work on a residence from a fabricated frame scaffold platform that was 16 feet above ground level. The platform of the scaffold was not fully decked and left an opening of 20 inches on the platform, as observed on August 26, 2015. Abatement Certification Required For This Item.
