Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The %% employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to hazards from moving vehicles due to the travel, maneuvering, and parking areas not being designed and maintained properly: a.Loading Dock at the rear of the White River Junction Post Office - The travelling, maneuvering, and parking areas were not adequate on the West end of the Loading Dock in that adequate maneuvering space was not maintained between the vehicles parked at the Loading Dock and the vehicles parked opposite them on the other side of the travel
