29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i)(A): The periodic inspection of the energy control procedure was not performed by an authorized employee other than the one utilizing the energy control procedure being inspected: (a) During June 18 to 23, 2015 an annual review of the energy control procedures was conducted, however, the review did not include an authorized employee other than the one reviewing the procedure to ensure an understanding of the standard and was being followed.
