Text For Citation: 01 Item/Group: 001 Hazard:
Section (5)(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which are free from recognized hazards that are causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to struck-by hazards from a structural collapse: (a) On or about August 18, 2015, during construction of a freezer/cooler, employees were exposed to struck-by hazards from insulated metal wall panels that were not permanently fastened or temporarily braced to resist wind loads.
